After a recommendation from a pal at work (thank you Megan for kickstarting this addiction…) I decided to get my nails done for my cousin’s wedding. I’ve never had my nails done or really taken much care of them so I was a bit nervous for what it would be like. If I’m honest, I didn’t really even know what gel nails meant…
I went on the Final Nail‘s website after Megan’s recommendation, and I was soo pleased to see they offer vegan nail varnish! I’ve recently gone cruelty free in all my cosmetics so I’m super happy to have found somewhere where I can keep my nails cruelty free too.
The first time I went, I was going to a wedding so wanted nails to match my dress. I showed Alex a photo and this was the result…
*insert multiple heart eye emojis here* … I was SO happy with the result. They matched my dress PERFECTLY and I got so many compliments, even after the wedding. As I enjoyed getting them done so much, and they lasted 3 weeks, I decided to go back.
Next up, GLITTER NAILS! I was obsessed. They were so fun, the glittery-est nails I’ve ever seen, and lasted so well. From this point, I was fully hooked. After hours of browsing Pinterest, next up, I wanted cat nails. Yes, cat. Nails.
Crazy cat lady dreams FULFILLED, I absolutely love them, and I’ve had so many compliments on them already. One person did tell me they look like Batman nails… but whatever. I love them!!!
Alex is absolutely lovely and the salon is like, the most Instagrammable place ever (think palm trees, flamingo wallpaper and a neon sign…). I will definitely be going back… forever? I would SO recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to get ya nails done. Find out more about The Final Nail on their website.
